- Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged:

- Digital downloads or downloadable content
- Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
How to Return an Item

- Return Authorization:
- After contacting us, you will receive a Return Authorization Number along with instructions for returning your item. This number must be included with the returned package to facilitate processing.
- Prepare the Package:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include the Return Authorization Number and any required documentation. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process

- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Shipping Costs:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when returning a defective or incorrect item.
